Weidmuller is the leading manufacturer for plug-in cross-connection jumpering systems of screw-clamp terminal blocks. The plug-in cross-connection stands out with its easy handling and time-saving assembly. This results in considerable cost savings when compared to wire jumpering solutions. In addition, this solution insures that all poles remained securely fastened for reliable connections.
Assembly / Technical Information
- The ZQV is pressed into the cross-connection channel by hand
- Important! Insure that the ZQV is pressed into the current bar. The Weidmuller ZQV jumper must not protrude out of the cross-connection channel
- To replace or remove the ZQV jumper, simply pry the jumper out with a screwdriver
- Finger-safe to VDE 0160 part 100 (VGB4)
- Usage of the ZQV cross-connection jumpers reduces the voltage rating of the terminal blocks to 400 V
- Different color jumpers are available
Important! The contact elements must not be bent or deformed
The ZQV 2.5 and ZQV 2.5N Jumpers are similar. The length of the tines are slightly different. The ZQV 2.5N is designed for the W-Series terminal block product line and the ZQV 2.5 jumpers are designed for the Z-Series terminal block product line.
