Custom Print Terminal Block Markers

How Terminal Block Markers are Printed

Weidmuller marking tags are printed with thermo-setting ink that is heat-sealed on the surface of the card. This printing process can be performed in-house at SCS using the PrintJet II automatic marking system.

Pre-Printed Marking Tags - Dekafix (DEK)

Pre-printed standard DEKAFIX tags are marked 1-50, 51-100, etc. and are also available marked 1-10 (5 times), 11-20 (5 times), etc. These pre-printed cards are stocked at SCS and provide the convenience of rapid installation of strips of sequential numbers.

Custom Printing of Terminal Block Marking Tags

SCS offers custom printing services for many types of marking tags. The printing on the DEK marking tags is limited to 3 characters. For more characters, use the WS or ZS types of marking tags.

The MultiCard is a larger card that is available in several styles: DEK, WS and ZS. The DEK MultiCard contains multiple strips similar to the DEKAFIX marking system. The WS and ZS MultiCards contain larger tags that install individually rather than in strips and, due to their larger size, can support more character printing on each tag. The WS MultiCard tags are specifically designed for W-Series terminal blocks but may be used in other applications. The ZS MultiCard tags are specifically designed for the Z-Series terminal blocks.
